Enforcer

Not quite human, and not quite machine, The Enforcers are a perverse blend of the two. These creatures were created 250,000 years ago by the Global Security Network. Fear of the newly emerged Sage Corps, and the seemingly limitless power they possess led the GSN to attempt to recreate that power through artificial means. Each Enforcer is both a success and a failure at this goal. Each possesses truly immense power, but each also lacks a 'Active Astral Presence', and therefore is unable to attain the virtually limitless amounts of power that the most powerful of Sages possess.

Nevertheless, an Enforcer is a truly powerful entity, and it was these solemn creatures that once posed an ongoing threat to even Tiamat. Ironic it is then, that 250,000 years later, they now serve as Tiamat's personal guards and Enforcers.
